Mr. Suresh Jain, Founder & Chairman is an mechanical engineer graduate having experience in manufacturing of ingots, carbide laid the foundation of the company in the year 1990. A journey from a small welding electrodes trader to a manufacturer was not that easy but hard work, determination and honesty helps him to sail through all the tough times & since than it has been serving the fabrication industry, undertook an expansion drive in 1995 increasing production capacity to 3000 MT per annum His leadership and direction has been instrumental in the overall growth of JAIN business and thus earn a place of pride in the welding industry.

Mr. Nirmal Jain, Director is in the welding business for more than 25 years, he is a visionary and has played a key role in expanding the business, with his innovative ideas and experience Mr. Jain has been able to launch the company on the dynamic growth path, he is also responsible for the financial matters of the company.

Mr. Saurav Jain, Managing Director, a business administration graduate, focused on forward integration and as result diversified further into value added products like stainless steel welding consumables, welding wires, welding fluxes, Ferro alloys etc thereby increasing the total capacity to 10,000 MT per annum. He strategically plans the future prospects of the company and responsible for Sales promotion, business development, quality control, project co ordination, collabrations. He has represented the company in various national as well as international trade fairs held in China, UAE & other countries.
