Mr. Suresh Jain, Founder & Chairman is a mechanical engineer graduate having experience in manufacturing of ingots, carbide laid the foundation of the company in the year 1990. A journey was not that easy but hard work, determination and honesty helps him to sail through all the tough times & since than it has been serving the fabrication industry, undertook an expansion drive in 2000 increasing production capacity to 12000 MT per annum His leadership and direction has been instrumental in the overall growth of JAIN WELDING business and thus earn a place of pride in the welding industry.

Mr. Shreyans Jain,Executive Director ,an engineering graduate, is a technologically savvy with a global outlook and believes in setting the highest benchmarks in all areas of business. He has successfully steered the growth strategy of company resulting in its rapid expansion in different sectors of business. His proactive and personalised approach toward the business and his competitive spirit have contributed greatly to the growth of the Company. He is a visionary and has played a key role in expanding the business marketing and sales activities. With his innovative ideas and experience company has been able to launch the products on the dynamic growth path. With strong leadership,he heads the company’s operations and has been responsible for developing its business relationships.

Mr SM Kaushik, Technical Head, fondly known as Kaushik Ji has been responsible for various innovations and led to the introduction of numerous innovative products, systems and processes. His inventive spirit has helped JAIN WELDING stay at the cutting edge of innovation, especially in its R&D efforts for the development of at par products and technical upgradations.
